The word ‘diet’ has negative associations with being deprived or even hungry, but the fact is, we are all ‘on a diet’ because a diet is simply the kind, or amount, of food we eat and it just depends if that ‘diet’ is a healthy one or not! People overeat or make unhealthy food choices, for many different reasons and here are a just a few.

I will help you uncover the reasons that you’ve been unable to maintain a healthy weight until now. We’ll look at the root of your overeating, or unhealthy food choices and deal with any underlying issues. Traditional dieting may help you lose weight in the short term, but the problem is keeping that weight off and that is where the techniques I use can help you.

I use a combination of techniques depending on the client’s needs, these include Cognitive Change, Hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT. I also work with the Arbonne 30 days to Healthy Living and Beyond plan, which I know, because of my own personal experience, can be a game changer. A holistic approach, the 30 day programme of clean eating removes inflammatory foods from the diet and allows the gut to rest.
